The International and Ibero-American Association of Parenting Coordination Specialists Elects Its Board of Directors at the First Assembly

On March 16, 2024, the new Board of Directors of the International and Ibero-American Association of Parenting Coordination Specialists was elected to carry out the project designed by the founding group. The elected positions and responsibilities within the Association are as follows: Alicia González Vitale – Argentina, President; Connie Capdevila Brophy – Spain, Vice President; Jorge A. Rojas Medalla – Chile, General Secretary; and Silvia Reyes Crespo – Chile, Treasurer.

The work plan proposed by the AIIECP Board of Directors for the second half of 2024 includes the following objectives:

  • Define competencies and promote ethical and training standards for parenting coordination professionals.

  • Increase and disseminate knowledge about Parenting Coordination.

  • Collect and share the collective knowledge of our members.

  • Support members in the development of their expertise.

  • Raise public understanding of Parenting Coordination.

  • Create thematic committees.

  • Build international scientific collaboration partnerships.
