Registrations
According to Article 7 of the AIIECP Statutes: “Due to the nature of the Association, in addition to Parenting Coordinators, professionals in Family Law, Psychology, Social Work, Family Mediation, Medicine, Education, and University Teaching, regardless of gender or nationality, may also become members.”
According to Article 8 of the AIIECP Statutes:
Membership Categories
The membership categories of the Association shall be three: General Member, Parenting Coordinator Member, and Honorary Member.
General Member: A general member shall be a person who meets the following conditions:
1. Be a natural person, over 18 years of age, who fully enjoys the rights and obligations established in these statutes.
2. Be a professional in the fields of Family Law, Psychology, Social Work, Family Mediation, Medicine, Education, or University Teaching.
3. The application for membership must be accompanied by the candidate’s curriculum vitae.
4. The application for membership must be endorsed by two full members of this association.
5. Acceptance will require the approval of two-thirds of the votes of the members of the Board of Directors.
6. Once accepted, in order to maintain their status as a general member, they must regularly pay the Association’s fees.
Parenting Coordinator Member: This category of membership is available to general members who practice Parenting Coordination. However, registration in this category is currently unavailable, as the Commission is working on the creation of the regulations.
To register as a General Member:

- Send a copy of your professional degree in PDF format to the email: inscripciones@aiiecp.org.
- Once your application has been accepted by the Board of Directors, you will receive a confirmation email, along with information on how to complete the payment of the annual fee of 50 USD.
Registration in the International and Ibero-American Association of Parenting Coordination Specialists – AIIECP
Instructions and Informed Consent
What is it? This is a registration form for enrollment in the International and Ibero-American Association of Parenting Coordination Specialists (AIIECP).
What kind of data is requested? Essential information is requested to register as a member of the AIIECP.
Why? The collection of this data is necessary to formalize the intention to join as a member, meet participation conditions, and comply with the legal requirements for member registration as stipulated in the AIIECP bylaws.
For what purpose? The data is used to build the membership book, an essential internal record for communication with the members of the AIIECP.
Who is responsible for the information? The Welcome Committee, under the Secretariat of the AIIECP Board of Directors, is responsible for data processing.
Consent: By completing this form, in compliance with Article 9 of the Bylaws, I request my affiliation to the AIIECP, accepting its bylaws and current regulations, and committing myself to its objectives, purposes, and principles.
Data Protection
Purpose of Processing: The collected data will be retained for the necessary time to achieve the established purposes, starting from the acceptance of this consent.
No Third-Party Disclosure: The data will not be disclosed to third parties without express authorization, except for legal obligation or judicial resolution. Confidentiality and exclusive use for AIIECP purposes are guaranteed.
Legal Basis and Legitimacy: The processing of data is based on informed consent (Article 6.1a of the GDPR), necessary for the objectives of the AIIECP (Article 6.1e of the GDPR). We comply with the EU GDPR, the Council of Europe’s Convention 108, OECD Guidelines, the Ibero-American Convention on Youth Rights, and relevant national legislation.
User Rights: As a member of the AIIECP, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, and portability of your data, and not to be subject to automated decisions (Articles 15 to 23 of the GDPR). These rights can be exercised by contacting (cpiberoamerica@gmail.com) and with the relevant supervisory authority in each country.
