In the city of Santiago, Chile, on May 13, 2023, the Constituent Assembly of the International and Ibero-American Association of Parenting Coordination Specialists (AIIECP) was held.

This assembly was attended by Parenting Coordination professionals from five countries, who have become the founding members.

Currently, the AIIECP is in the process of disseminating information and enrolling members internationally, in order to call for the election of the Board of Directors (2024–2026) and to form organizational commissions and technical-scientific committees.
